A safe hunting ground for outside criminals
HISAR: Owing to its geographic conditions, Haryana has become a safe hunting ground for criminals from neighbouring states. Data collected by police suggests that outlaws, mostly from Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Delhi, find it convenient to commit criminal activities in the state and then cross over to their respective states before the police swings into action.
1x1 polls

Confirming this, IG Hisar, Anant Kumar Dhull, said, In a sizable number of cases, criminals from other states enter Haryana and then slip into their own state after committing crimes. In Haryana the number of most wanted criminals from other states is particularly large.
